Pre-conference Training plus two-day conference:

Refunds will not be granted after January 14, 2022. Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to be reflected on your credit card statement.

Yes, transfer requests should be emailed to by February 10, 2022. Please include the names and email addresses of the original and substitute registrants in your transfer request.


Early Bird pricing is available until January 31, 2022.

Yes. Groups of five or more from the same organization will save $250 per person off the ICE Experience 2022 conference rate. (Note: Pre-conference Training fees are not eligible for a group discount)

To receive the discount, please select the Group Discount option when registering and you will be given a discount code to use during payment. Each team member may register separately or in a group, but they must use the group code to receive the discount.

To receive the discount, please select enter the Group Discount promo code which will be found at the top of the registration payment page. If 5 or more do not register from your company, you will be charged the additional $250.

The Experience conference registration fee covers access to all keynote sessions, breakout sessions, networking events, and Experience Party. The registration fee also includes access to all the post-event conference materials, as well as the event mobile app and all conference meals.

Training is a separate fee and includes an AM and PM hands-on instructor-led training course, training meals including breakfast and lunch, and course materials.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payment must be processed at the time of registration.

We are busy finalizing the lineup right now. Once the schedule becomes available, you will be able to log in to select your desired breakout sessions. We will send out an email when the session builder is ready for you!

Yes. To manage your registration, change your contact information, or update your session preferences:

Please select your training session classes at the same time you register for ICE Experience 2022.

If you would like to change your training session selections, you can modify your registration (see how above) or send a request to by February 3, 2022. We will do our best to accommodate any request for training class changes, but cannot guarantee session request changes due to limited seating capacity.

ICE Experience 2022 registration is required to sign up for Pre-conference Training. To attend the March 14 Pre-conference Training sessions, you will need to register for both the training and conference portions of Experience.

Hotel and Travel

Yes. Discounted room rates for attendees are available starting at $285/night plus tax plus a $25/night resort fee (single occupancy) at the Wynn and Encore. Rates are available until February 10, or until rooms sell out (whichever comes first), so book early to get the lowest rate.

Yes! Southwest Airlines is offering our attendees a 5% discount plus a 25% Rapid Rewards Frequent Flyer bonus points for conference travel booked and flown between March 10, 2022 - March 20, 2022.

You will be able to book your hotel room during the Experience conference registration process. Make sure to book your room early before hotel blocks sell out. Reservations made through another source are at your own risk.

Scam alert: Please be aware of scams where you may be contacted about booking your hotel room for the conference. The ICE Experience 2022 housing team will never contact you directly by email or phone to solicit hotel reservations.

    Yes, confirmation will be emailed to the address you provide when making your reservation. Within one week prior to Experience, you will receive your hotel confirmation details from the Wynn or Encore.

    The hotel will pre-charge the first night's room and tax to your credit card as a deposit after February 18, 2022. All additional nights and any incidentals will be charged at hotel checkout. To receive a full refund of the deposit, you must cancel the reservation with the hotel directly 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.

    Shared Van and Shuttle Service
    There are several shared-ride vans that provide service from LAS. Please use this link to see your options.

    Taxis LAS is served by a number of taxi and limousine companies. Estimated taxi fare $23 (one way).

    Uber and Lyft are easy and fast options from LAS. Estimated fare is $18 (one way).

    New for ICE Experience 2022, we are offering an Evening Event Only guest pass for $250. The pass allows your guest (who must be 21 years of age or older) to attend the Monday Welcome Reception, Tuesday Happy Hour, and Tuesday Experience Party.
