All cancellations must be received in writing by emailing experience@ice.com. See refund policy below.
Refund policy:
A refund of any ICE Experience 2025 registration fee paid by you, minus $200 (if applicable) will be distributed for cancellations submitted through January 31, 2025. If you are cancelling both Monday training and ICE Experience 2025 registration, you will be refunded any registration fees paid by you minus $400 (if applicable). Please allow up to two billing cycles for any refunds to be reflected in your credit card account. Refunds will not be made for cancellations submitted after January 31, 2025.
No show:
If your registration is not cancelled prior to the refund deadline or an attendee replacement change occurs, it may result in a “no show” status. No shows cannot be transferred to future ICE Mortgage Technology® conferences and will result in an unused registration with no refunds.
Attendee substitution:
Registration transfer requests should be emailed to experience@ice.com by February 21, 2025. Please note that pre-conference training day classes are on a space available basis and space is not guaranteed. Please include the names and email addresses of the original and substitute registrants in your substitution request.
Yes, we are offering an evening event only guest pass for $275. The pass allows your guest, who must be 21 years of age or older, to attend the Monday Welcome Reception, Tuesday Happy Hour, the Tuesday ICE Experience Party at XS Nightclub and the Closing Reception at the Sunset Pool on Wednesday. The guest’s evening event badge must be worn at all times.

Hotel and Travel
Yes, discounted room rates for attendees start at $289 per night (single occupancy, excluding taxes and resort fees) at the Wynn and Encore. These rates are available until Feb. 14 or until rooms sell out—whichever comes first. Be sure to book early to secure the best rate. Your feet will thank you later for staying close to the Wynn conference area.

We encourage you to sign up for the forums and breakout sessions you’d like to attend as they do fill up quickly. You will receive an email in January with instructions on how to build your personal conference schedule.
If a session you want to attend is full, you’re still welcome to show up at the session's location. If there are available seats, you’ll be allowed to join on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving a bit early to increase your chances of getting a spot.
Pre-conference training
Pre-conference training offers in-depth, hands-on learning sessions on specific lending and servicing topics before the main conference begins. It's designed to help attendees gain deeper insights into tools, solutions and best practices.
Pre-conference training will be held on Monday, March 10, 2025, before the official start of the conference.
Yes, pre-conference training requires separate registration. You can sign up for these sessions during your conference registration.

Yes, there is an additional fee.
Full-day Encompass training: $1,000.
MSP training: $500 for a half-day or $1,000 for a full day.

The fee includes participation in the selected training sessions, all training materials, laptop rental and meals (breakfast and lunch).
Yes, partners are eligible to sign up for pre-conference training.

All special requests will be reviewed, and dietary restrictions will be shared with the Wynn catering team to ensure your stay meets your needs.
