Our top priority as we return to in-person events is everyone’s health and safety. We’ve missed seeing you and can’t wait to meet up in fabulous Las Vegas for Experience 2022. For those planning to join us in Las Vegas, please check this page frequently for updates on state and county requirements.

Important

Please note that we may require proof of vaccine, or a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours prior to the start of Experience 2022. More details to be announced by January 2022. For any questions, please contact us at Experience@ice.com

If you are not fully vaccinated, please take the proper precautions and wear a face covering, which is also available upon request throughout the resort.

Conference health and safety guidelines

We are very excited to see you all in-person again and your health and safety are our top priorities. To protect everyone at Experience 2022, all attendees will need to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test within 48 hours of the conference.

Rooms come equipped with touchless Amazon Alexa controls to manage functions like lighting and temperature preferences.

Hotel health and safety guidelines

The Wynn & Encore are part of an Elite group of hotels that have earned the Forbes Travel Guide Sharecare Verified Badge. Just like their 5-star amenities, the Wynn Las Vegas has put in a robust COVID-19 plan for its hotels, staff, and guests. More details on the Wynn's health and safety can be found here.

Some examples of what you can expect:

  • Hand sanitizer stations throughout the venue
  • All employees will wear face coverings while a mask mandate is in place
  • All staff have participated in COVID-19 safety training
  • All staff are regularly tested if they are not vaccinated
  • Elevator button panels are cleaned regularly
  • All guest rooms are cleaned with industry-leading materials and safety protocols
  • Touchless controls in all rooms

As the situation evolves, we will continue to make updates to our safety protocols and work with our partners in Las Vegas and at the Wynn hotel, as well as follow federal, state, and local guidelines for COVID-19.
