Joe Eger is a Resource Manger in Professional Services focused on New Client Implementations, Client Portfolio Acquisitions, Business Process Optimization reviews, and MSP consulting and training. Joe has 40 years of mortgage servicing experience, including 25 years as an MSP client and 15 years supporting Professional Services as a Consultant and Resource Manager for ICE.
Joe leads a team of Default Consultants where his extensive MSP and industry experience provides ICE clients with a broad knowledge of all MSP functionality. Additionally, Joe partners with ICE Client Support and Product Development providing support with existing and future functionality.
Clinton Peele
Principal Consultant, ICE
Clinton Peele is a Principal Consultant focusing on the Consumer Loan Workstation within the Mortgage Servicing Platform. Clinton has 17 years of experience in the Mortgage industry including 10 years of experience in a Mortgage Servicing Operation and 7 years of experience supporting various client engagements as a member of ICE. Clinton's main area of expertise is the Cashiering side of Home Equity Lending.
Jennifer Reagan

Jennifer Reagan is a Manager in Professional Services leading a team of Financial Controls consultants supporting new client conversions, MSP consulting and training, and Business Process Optimizations. She brings more than 10 years of experience in mortgage servicing, primarily in Investor Reporting, cashiering and corporate accounting.

Catherine Whitworth is a Senior Manager in Professional Services leading a team of Financial Controls consultants. Catherine brings over 22 years of experience in the financial technology/mortgage servicing industry.
