Julian Grey
Vice President, Data & Analytics, ICE
Julian Grey is Executive Vice President of the data and analytics business at ICE Mortgage Technology. In this role, she leads product management for data and analytics solutions that help drive success for the mortgage and capital markets verticals.
Julian is a proven industry professional with a long track record of innovation in data and predictive analytics, as well as analytics and technology solutions, including housing indices, home price forecasts, and housing market forecasts. Prior to joining ICE (and its predecessor companies), Julian developed effective solutions that measure risk and valuation, and has held general management and P&L responsibilities for Mortgage Credit Risk and Capital Markets Solutions.
Julian is a respected leader in the industry for her continued focus on innovation and ability to launch leading-edge solutions for home price indexes, forecasts and real estate analytics, and she is known for her expertise in predicting estimates of mortgage performance, prepayment and default rates, valuation analytics, and spearheading cloud based, big data, technology solutions.
Julian has gained a wealth of experience managing the full life cycle of complex predictive analytics, data, and SaaS and web-based solutions serving financial services industries. In 2016, The MReport magazine selected Julian for its prestigious Women in Housing list, and in both 2015 and 2017, she was named one of HousingWire magazine’s Women of Influence. In 2023, she was awarded the Housing Wire Vanguard award . Julian earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Mills College in California.
Richard Lombardi
Executive Vice President Property Data Solutions, ICE
A 30+ year veteran of the data and financial services industries, Richard currently serves as Executive Vice President, Data Strategy & Property Data Solutions at ICE.
Richard joined ICE in May 2020. Prior to joining ICE Richard was the founder & the Chief Operating Officer of ATTOM Data Solutions responsible for oversight of operations, sales, customer success and contracts. Prior to Attom Richard was the Vice President of Data Solutions and Licensing at CoreLogic responsible for the overall sales strategy and field engagement within the National Licensing division. Earlier in his career Richard was the Director of Product Management and Development with Experian. While there, Richard’s team successfully developed and implemented an industry-leading triggers program for financial institutions that managed risk, retention and marketing programs. Richard has also held key executive positions with Westcorp as Vice President of Banking Operations and Vice President of Safety and Soundness.
Richard has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from California State University, Long Beach. He is presently active on the boards of a number of charitable organizations and is a recognized community leader.
Chris McEntee
Vice President, Product & Corporate Development, ICE
Christopher McEntee is responsible for M&A and corporate development at ICE Mortgage Technology. He started at ICE in 2011 as Senior Director of Corporate Development. Prior to joining ICE, Chris worked at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta as a Director and managed the marketing of wholesale lending products, supported new product development and the affordable housing grant program. He began his career as a financial journalist at The Bond Buyer and was the National Editor until 1999.
Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Michael’s College and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University, where he has taught at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO) and is on the board of MERSCORP Holdings, Inc.
