Jag’s deep understanding of mortgage banking processes, from small to large enterprises, enables him to effectively address the unique challenges in each of these spaces. As an early adopter of automation technologies, he has established himself as a thought leader in the integration of Automation and AI within the mortgage industry.

Currently serving as the CIO at The Loan Store, Inc., a national wholesale lender, Jag is dedicated to cultivating an exceptional company culture. Under his leadership, The Loan Store has earned a 5-star reputation by prioritizing partner satisfaction through superior customer service and streamlined processes. The company achieved remarkable success, ranking first in growth among all mortgage banks in the country, with a year-over-year increase in funded loans exceeding 2,100%.

Originally from India and raised in Montreal, Canada, Jag earned his Engineering degree from McGill University before moving to the United States where he received his MBA in Finance and MIS at the University of Arizona. Now residing in Tucson, AZ, Jag lives with his wife, Valerie, and their three children, Kavi, Hannah, and Mehr. In his free time, he enjoys sports, playing chess, and is an avid runner.

Marci is an industry veteran, with over 30 years in mortgage technology leadership roles working for publicly traded companies. Marci joined ICE Mortgage Technology 6 years ago and is committed to the success of our customers and partners while providing key leadership in the direction and growth of our digital platform.

Sam Lerner is a seasoned professional, with over 25 years of experience in the Finance and Technology space. He has a distinguished career in the mortgage and financial services industry. As one of the first ever certified administrators in Encompass, Sam has been at the forefront of loan origination system management and implementation for many years. With a proven track record of successful system implementations, Sam has consistently demonstrated expertise in optimizing and configuring complex systems to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Sam joined JPMorgan Chase 2023, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. Currently, Sam plays a pivotal role in driving the configuration and expertise for Chase's active Correspondent loan origination system migration. Sam is also recognized for his contributions to project management, vendor relations, and cybersecurity, and holds certifications such as Encompass Certified Admin and CompTIA Network+. Sam has held key roles such as Lending Platform Lead at Promontory MortgagePath, Director of Lending Information Systems, and Director of IT at Norcom Mortgage & Insurance where he managed teams, enhanced system workflows, and implemented automation to improve efficiency and compliance.

Joe Pesch is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience shaping and delivering innovative mortgage technology solutions for publicly traded companies. Since joining ICE seven years ago, Joe has been instrumental in driving innovation and growth within the lending community through the Encompass TPO Connect platform, Encompass Connector for Salesforce, and the Marketplace.
