Garrett Ruckel is an Instructional Designer on the Customer Learning Solutions - Servicing team at ICE Mortgage Technology. Garrett is responsible for crafting learning experiences for various IMT Servicing products, including the Actionable Intelligence Platform (AIP), Passport, Loss Mitigation, and MSP. Since transitioning from his roles in secondary education, he works to innovate ICE's training content to better support the modern learner.
