Steve Lemmon is the Chief Marketing Officer of Consumer Direct Originations for Lakeview Loan Servicing, currently the largest owner of MSR servicing rights in the country. Kevin Peranio, Chief Lending Officer, and partner at PRMG, is an active executive leader in the mortgage industry. He oversees all production and works with both the sales and operations teams. His primary goal is to enhance the overall customer experience when doing business with PRMG. This includes creating robust reporting features, consumer-facing activities, and modern lending technology, ensuring accountability at all layers and levels of the process. Since joining PRMG in 2010, Kevin led the Southeast Region to become the #1 Ranked Region for PRMG, reaching this milestone in record time. This achievement ultimately propelled Kevin to become one of the youngest partners at PRMG.
