Aaron Hursman

Aaron Hursman is seasoned Product & Experience Design executive with over 25 years of practical experience leading product, design and technology teams, and building software products for Fortune 500 companies and their customers. Aaron has been planting, cultivating, and leading cross-functional product and design teams, practices, communities and competency centers for these firms at a national level. He takes great pride in his versatility: while he is experienced facilitating planning and strategy sessions with executives and senior leadership, he also excels at leading, inspiring, managing, and mentoring others, especially other creative design teams. His experience as a software engineer and product manager give him a practical edge to partner with cross-functional teams looking to transform their customer experience.

Erik Skinner
Head, Customer Experience Office, ICE
With over 25 years of experience, Erik Skinner has consistently enriched the relationship between customers, brands, and best people. He is recognized as a successful change agent and gifted communicator. In his current role as Head of the Customer Experience Office at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), he oversees mortgage servicing CX strategy, UX/UI design, and VoC programs, enabling product and engineering teams to identify future state journeys and act on qualitative feedback. Previously, at REPAY, he managed a $20M P&L and developed client-centric, innovative go-to-market strategies to accelerate growth. As Senior Vice President at Black Knight Inc., he was responsible for the strategic vision to modernize mortgage servicing through a unified technologies platform. Erik founded Skyfire Advisory, focusing on leadership development and providing solutions in financial ecosystems, including FinTech, Mortgage, Insurance, and Management Consulting. At Fifth Third Bank, he directed performing mortgage servicing for a $100B portfolio, achieving FNMA STAR, FHMLC Top Tier, and HUD Tier One ratings. His roles at PHH Mortgage and Capital One focused on enhancing customer experience and seamless integration, earning multiple awards. His early career at ING DIRECT involved leading teams to significant operational successes, including a 25% drop in delinquency and over $1 billion in loan modifications. Erik firmly believes that a passionate commitment to customer advocacy and employee satisfaction is essential for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving organizational success.
Misha Vaughan
Vice President, User Experience, ICE
Misha is vice president of User Experience for Loan Origination technology at ICE, and a champion of the broader ICE design community. Her role is to ensure ICE loan origination products are streamlined, intuitive, accessible, and integrated. She is a 20+ year veteran of design in enterprise software including human resources, sales force automation, supply chain, finance, data protection, data backup, and data storage. Her experience ranges from data intense enterprise software to mobile-first consumer experiences to business-to-business web sites. She’s guides design organizations thorugh developing new ways of working to deliver best-in-class experiences; whether it’s understanding how machine learning can best be used in a user interface, developing a leap ahead vision for a product, shepherding an established market leading product through a design refresh, or integrating acquired software into a design ecosystem. She loves making products that delight customers.
