Rebecca Frisbie
Director of Product, Encompass Document Platform, ICE
Rebecca Frisbie is the Director of Product for the Encompass Document Platform at ICE Mortgage Technology. Frisbie leads the product team responsible for Encompass Docs, eFolder, fulfillment, and the document delivery platform. Frisbie is also the product lead for Encompass eClose, the industry’s first end-to-end electronic closing solution. Frisbie is passionate about developing software to solve complex mortgage problems. Named to the 2021 List of Housingwire Insiders, Frisbie has been recognized for her tireless pursuit in automating the closing process.
Frisbie came to ICE Mortgage Technology in 2013 as a product manager for the Encompass Docs Solution. She has led innovations within that product that aided in the exponential growth in adoption of Encompass Docs which generates millions of residential lending documents each month. In addition, Frisbie led several large projects at ICE, including broadening support of HELOC and Construction loans within the Encompass platform and was also a contributing member of the teams that delivered the new Uniform Residential Loan Application and the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure in Encompass.
Harry Gardner
Director of Digital Services, ICE
Harry Gardner is director of Digital Services for ICE Mortgage Technology.
In this role, Gardner manages the product roadmap for the MERS® System, MERS® eRegistry and MERS® eDelivery, and assists in the development of the ICE Mortgage Technology eClosing and eVaulting solution architectures.
A frequent writer and speaker on eClosing and eVaulting issues, Gardner has received numerous industry recognitions, including MBA’s Technology All-Stars, MBA’s eMortgage All-Stars, Mortgage Professional America’s Hot 100 List, and Mortgage Technology Magazine’s Steve Fraser Award, “A lifetime achievement award that recognizes the accomplishments of an outstanding mortgage technology innovator, visionary or evangelizer.”
With more than 20 years of mortgage technology experience and MISMO® leadership, Gardner’s previous roles include president of SigniaDocs, president of MISMO, and vice president of Industry Technology for the Mortgage Bankers Association.
Gardner earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Virginia.

Jonathan Kearns is MISMO’s Vice President of Technology. Recognized as a thought leader in the mortgage technology space, Jonathan has substantial experience developing technology and product strategy, including over a decade of experience with electronic signatures, eVault’s and the eClosing process. Previously Jonathan was Senior Vice President of Technology at DocMagic, Inc., where he was responsible for their digital mortgage platforms.
Rachel Zaputil

Rachel is currently a Senior Product Manager for MERSCORP Holdings, Inc. dba ICE Mortgage Technology. Rachel leads innovation of the MERS® System and MERS® eRegistry, focusing on strategic initiatives that will enhance MERSCORP Holdings position as a key stakeholder in the ongoing efforts to digitize the mortgage industry.
Rachel joined MERSCORP Holdings in 2007. Prior to that, she spent 16 years at GMAC Mortgage as Manager of Specialized Servicing, leading all activities associated with efficient operations and performance standards of loan modifications, assumptions, land title adjustments, and lien releases.
Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa and is Chair of MISMO’s eDoc/eMortgage Vault Interoperability Community of Practice.
