Jennifer Linamen is a Solution Manager dedicated to the MSP Digital Experience solution across all ICE mortgage servicing products. With 20 years of experience in origination, operations, and servicing, Jennifer has spent the last decade supporting various ICE initiatives in digital and product management. In her current role, she collaborates with both teams and clients to define and prioritize a comprehensive development strategy aimed at enhancing MSP and creating a digital experience. Her expertise ensures the delivery of a cohesive, multi-domain approach that meets the evolving needs of ICE’s clients and the industry.
Rama Chetlapalle
Vice President & Technology Director, ICE
Rama Chetlapalle has over 20 years of experience driving transformative change in the mortgage technology sector. As Vice President and Technology Director for ICE’s servicing technology, Chetlapalle leads high-performing teams to consistently deliver state-of-the-art solutions for ICE Mortgage Technology. His visionary leadership and strategic direction have been pivotal in making mortgage servicing simple, exemplified by innovations like the MSP® Digital Experience (MSP DX).
Rama's educational background is as impressive as his professional achievements. He has completed the MIT Executive Education program focused on Digital Business, AI/ML, and Innovations in various markets. Additionally, he holds a Professional MBA from the University of Florida and a Master's in Computer Science and Engineering from Ohio, following his Bachelor's in Engineering from India. Rama's balanced business and technical acumen, consumer-focused strategy, and lead-by-example approach have been instrumental in driving solutions to completion and exceeding expectations.
Dana Federspiel
SVP - Servicing Technology & Product Innovation, ICE
Dana Federspiel is a senior vice president in Servicing Technologies Product Innovation for the Mortgage Technology business segment of ICE. She has primary responsibility for governance, compliance, management of financial resources and strategic direction for two product portfolios. In this role, she manages a team of solution managers who are responsible for the Loan Servicing value stream and the Asset Management value stream, which includes multiple applications in support of the MSP loan servicing system, including loan administration, loan boarding, cash, escrow, investor, imaging (documents), invoicing, claims, foreclosure, and bankruptcy processes.
Prior to her current position, Dana served as the managing director of enterprise product strategy, with a focus on shared innovation across all divisions of Black Knight, now a part of ICE. In this capacity she was responsible for identifying integration opportunities with originations and data and analytics products into the servicing space. For several years, Dana has also held roles in sales and account management, which included responsibility for client demonstrations and leading client business reviews. In this capacity, she provided recommendations, potential cost savings and risk analyses based on clients’ use of current technology compared to the Black Knight product suite based on compliance, and best practices for mortgage servicing.
Dana’s first role at Black Knight was in the consulting arena providing training and assistance to new clients during implementations. Prior to joining Black Knight, she held various positions at leading servicing organizations, where she had direct utilization of the technology. Dana has over 20 years of mortgage servicing experience in various roles spanning the entire servicing life cycle, with a focus in the default processing space.
Erik Skinner
Head, Customer Experience Office, ICE
With over 25 years of experience, Erik Skinner has consistently enriched the relationship between customers, brands, and best people. He is recognized as a successful change agent and gifted communicator. In his current role as Head of the Customer Experience Office at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), he oversees mortgage servicing CX strategy, UX/UI design, and VoC programs, enabling product and engineering teams to identify future state journeys and act on qualitative feedback. Previously, at REPAY, he managed a $20M P&L and developed client-centric, innovative go-to-market strategies to accelerate growth. As Senior Vice President at Black Knight Inc., he was responsible for the strategic vision to modernize mortgage servicing through a unified technologies platform. Erik founded Skyfire Advisory, focusing on leadership development and providing solutions in financial ecosystems, including FinTech, Mortgage, Insurance, and Management Consulting. At Fifth Third Bank, he directed performing mortgage servicing for a $100B portfolio, achieving FNMA STAR, FHMLC Top Tier, and HUD Tier One ratings. His roles at PHH Mortgage and Capital One focused on enhancing customer experience and seamless integration, earning multiple awards. His early career at ING DIRECT involved leading teams to significant operational successes, including a 25% drop in delinquency and over $1 billion in loan modifications. Erik firmly believes that a passionate commitment to customer advocacy and employee satisfaction is essential for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving organizational success.
