Amy Pedersen Cross
Director, Product Management, ICE
Director Product Manager for Intercontinental Exchange, Inc., Amy Cross is a mortgage technology veteran.. Before joining the mortgage industry, Amy was a software engineer working in telecommunications and biotech systems. During her over twenty year mortgage industry career, she’s worked in all areas of the mortgage process, helping some of the largest banks in the country deliver innovative solutions for retail originations, wholesale acquisition, correspondent lending and purchasing, and Secondary Marketing. During the aftermath of the mortgage crisis, she worked with the GSEs and servicing clients to help clients remain in their homes through qualifying them for products from deeds in lieu of foreclosure, short sales, HAMP and other modification programs. As part of ICE Mortgage Technology, Amy and her team are responsible for adding unique and innovative new product and compliance updates to the Encompass Platform, including the new Home Equity, Down Payment Assistance products among other key initiatives. Today, Amy and her team are expanding the Developer platform, creating the framework of APIs and services that enable application developers, partners and lenders to create solutions that seamlessly integrate into the ICE Mortgage Technology ecosystem.
Sam Lindstrom
VP, Encompass Product Strategy, ICE
Sam has been in the mortgage lending business for 27 years and has spent the last 10 years leading technology teams to enable business success. He thrives on constant improvement, solving problems and the opportunity to collaborate with thoughtful and high performing teams. He has passion for efficiency and supporting business to achieve goals.
Sam has lived in Washington State most of his life, although spent a year in Kansas City leading the Midwest operations of a national mortgage bank. Sam attended Gonzaga University, in Spokane, WA—Go Zags!
At ICE Mortgage Technology, Sam leads our effort to expand usage of our newest toolsets to deliver better outcomes and business results for our customers. This is accomplished by developing and illustrating best practices and driving strategies to implement tools to achieve incremental improvement.
William Stephens
Senior Director of Product, ICE
As Senior Director of Product at ICE Mortgage Technology, William is responsible for the strategy and evolution of the Encompass Partner Connect. William brings 20 years of experience leading both Product and Engineering teams. William has been focused on building SAAS products and highly performant platforms that enable scalability, extensibility, and manageability. William is passionate about Product, loves the required collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders. William joined ICE Mortgage Technology 3 years ago and is committed to extending the Encompass Partner Connect platform in a way that provides value and enhances the interaction between our Partners and Customers. Outside of the office, William spends time with his family. William has two boys, Dominic and Gabriel who are 12 & 11 respectively. If not with family, William is likely to be found on a golf course somewhere.
Kelle Whitley
Manager, Product, ICE
Kelle had spent eleven years running Encompass environments for several lending entities prior to her move to ICE Mortgage Technology in the fall of 2021. Her experiences designing workflows, assisting end users, and even jumping in to assist with operations functions sparked a passion for providing intuitive and efficient solutions to the mortgage industry. Today she is very excited to be driving automation initiatives to directly deliver opportunities for greater efficiency to lenders.
