Cathy Blaszyk
Director, Partner Development, ICE
Cathy Blaszyk is Director of Partner Development at ICE Mortgage Technology. In her role, she works closely with the entire Partner Alliance team who serve the day-to-day needs of our integrated partners on Encompass. Previously, Cathy spent the last six years managing some of Encompass Network’s largest partnerships as well as identifying, building, and procuring new strategic partner initiatives. She works closely with Ice Mortgage Technology’s cross-functional teams to optimize the adoption of the Encompass Network’s products and services to help lenders realize workflow efficiencies.
Prior to joining ICE Mortgage Technology, Cathy spent 7 years with ClosingCorp, Inc. a premier source of intelligence for closing costs and service providers in the U.S. Cathy helped launch their flagship data solution, the SmartFees® Service. In her role as vice president of Client Relations, she developed and maintained key client relationships with banks, compliance software firms and LOS partners who depend on this service. Cathy was also responsible for keeping up with regulatory changes involving RESPA-TILA and the CFPB's "Know Before You Owe" initiatives that impacted her clients. She has participated in several MBA panels regarding Technology and Regulatory Compliance.
Prior to joining ClosingCorp, Cathy spent two decades in residential lending as a mortgage banking executive and has represented direct lenders including Bank of America and CitiMortgage.
Cathy graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. She currently holds a California Bureau of Real Estate license.

Carrie Doyle serves as Vice President of Business Development - Digital Alliances for Mortgage & Housing at Equifax. As part of the Connector Partner group in Equifax’s Mortgage & Housing business, she manages strategic third-party technology and competitive relationships, focusing on connection, distribution, and collaboration with internal and external partners. With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage services industry including financial tech, credit, title, appraisal, and settlement services, Carrie drives foundational, incremental and transformational opportunities to extend the reach of Equifax to the market.

I am married with two beautiful bonus kids and a grandson! I also have a spunky 14 year old boxer named Tyson. My husband and I are both musicians who play together in a band around St. Louis.
