Subba Ayyagari
Chief Technology Officer, Servicing, ICE
Subba Ayyagari is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the Servicing, Mortgage Technology division at Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE:ICE), which operates global financial exchanges and clearing houses and provides mortgage technology, data and listing services.
As CTO, Ayyagari leads cross-functional teams on new product development, business innovation and digital transformation across the mortgage servicing landscape. He heads the engineering teams focused on developing and delivering consumer-focused digital channel solutions, as well as back-end system integration capabilities, including APIs, and machine learning initiatives.
Ayyagari has more than 20 years of business and technology experience in the enterprise fintech space with focus on software as a service (SaaS) multi-tenant solutions for both B2B and B2C markets. He also specializes in software engineering, enterprise architecture, and product and technology strategy.
Ayyagari graduated with distinction from Guindy College of Engineering at Anna University (Chennai, India) with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering. He also earned an Executive MBA with honors from the Davis College of Business at Jacksonville University.
Paul Brazelton
Director, API Program, ICE
Paul Brazelton is the Director of the API Program at ICE Mortgage Technology. With over 25 years of experience in the information technology industry and more than 15 years dedicated to the mortgage sector, Paul has established himself as a technology leader. His career includes significant roles at both ICE and a major servicer, where he has driven technological advancements and innovation. Paul is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School, class of 2023, and continues to leverage his extensive expertise to enhance the API Program and deliver cutting-edge solutions to the mortgage industry.
Cecelia Raine
Vice President, Servicing Strategy and Integration, Freddie Mac
Cecelia Raine is vice president of servicing strategy and integration in the Freddie Mac Single-Family Portfolio & Servicing Division. She leads several ongoing initiatives related to transforming how our servicing partners experience doing business with us. Her responsibilities also include modernizing several technology tools under our comprehensive Reimagine Servicing® initiative. This includes strategic solution design, delivery and industry adoption of the first-ever servicing-related APIs.
Ms. Raine has worked in the mortgage industry for over 30 years. Prior to joining Freddie Mac, she held a variety of positions at Black Knight Financial Services for 10 years, including senior vice president, strategic consultant and account director in business intelligence. Her experience also includes working at Fannie Mae for 11 years as a senior portfolio manager and special projects leader. Prior to that, she held leadership positions with several Servicers, transforming default areas through process overhaul, leveraging technology and vendor partnerships, and participating in the development of new and innovative loss mitigation tools.
Ms. Raine graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Medaille College. She was recognized with Five Star’s 2022 Trailblazer Award and as one of the HousingWire 2021 Tech Trendsetters and 2020 Women of Influence. She has also been recognized for her industry knowledge and community service by Buffalo Business First and has held board member positions with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the MBA of Western New York.
