Bob Pathman serves as the Western Region Sales Manager for MERSCORP Holdings, Inc., which is part of ICE Mortgage Technology. Pathman currently manages an extensive territory and travels throughout the West, Southwest and Midwest supporting MERS® System Members.As Members evolve their business, he provides guidance and education regarding digital mortgage implementation and the MERS® eRegistry. The Industry growth and expansion into eMortgages, digital processes and eNotes continues to evolve and is the future of the Mortgage Banking Industry.
Prior to joining MERSCORP Holdings in 1999, Pathman was the Managing Partner in a distribution company based in Birmingham, Alabama. He developed sales programs for some of the nation’s leading department store chains throughout the country. Before that, Pathman was Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Credit Reports, Inc. (CRI) of California, and was instrumental in the growth of CRI from a start-up to one of California’s largest credit reporting agencies. CRI was purchased several years ago by Fidelity National Information Services.
Pathman is active in the California Mortgage Bankers Association as well as other state associations throughout his territory, and co-chairs the Secondary Marketing Executive Committee for the California MBA. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from San Diego State University.
