Jennifer Fortier, CMB is a Principal with STRATMOR Group, providing advisory services to independent lenders, banks, credit unions, and vendors in the mortgage industry.Jennifer has been in the mortgage industry for 25 years and began consulting in 2011.She has worked with over 100 lenders and vendors on advisory projects that includ strategic planning and execution, end-to-end operational analysis, process improvement initiatives, technology procurement analysis and implementation oversight, and team development.She holds a Bachelor of Scient in Industrial Technology from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University, and became a Certified Mortgage Banker in 2005.Jennifer currently resides in New Orleans, LA.
