Jennifer Hedgepeth serves as Chief Operating Officer at DHI Mortgage (DHIM). With over 30 years of experience, Jennifer’s guidance over operations, insights into risk management, coaching and mentoring skills, and servant leadership have been true assets. A champion of DHIM’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, her approach to team-building promotes inclusivity within DHIM, but her focus extends beyond. Jennifer is proud to serve on NAHREP’s Corporate Board of Governors, as well as on the Mortgage Bankers Association’s DEI Advisory Board.
