Lisa Fiondella joined ICE Mortgage Technology as Vice President of Data and Analytics in January 2021 bringing to the organization an extensive background in data, analytics, financial services, product management, product development, marketing, sales, and operations.

Most recently, Lisa was Chief Data Officer at Finastra, a global fintech, where she was responsible for building a data team and product line delivered through a cloud technology platform. During her tenure, her team launched several new business intelligence and ML-based solutions.

Previously, Lisa was Vice President Analytics Products with Experian, where she developed products leveraging Experian’s extensive data assets and advanced analytics including machine learning and AI. She and her team launched a CECL portfolio loss forecasting solution for both secured and unsecured portfolio types.

Lisa joined Experian after four years leading her own analytics company that developed and implemented customer lifecycle analytic solutions for B2B sales and marketing.

Previously, she held senior leadership roles with Equifax, where she ran the online decisioning business, led development of InterConnect and established a mortgage settlement services business.

Following her tenure at Equifax, Lisa joined the management team of Fiserv where she completed the international integration of NetEconomy, an anti-money laundering platform, helped establish the risk management vertical and was a member of the CheckFree acquisition/integration team.
