With over 20 years of mortgage industry experience, Mia Ferreira brings a great deal of industry background to her role as Director of Product for Encompass at ICE Mortgage Technology. She leads a brilliant team of product experts, driving innovation for the Encompass platform and delivering efficiencies, quality, and compliance to ICE customers.

Before ICE, Mia served as Director of Compliance where she leveraged Encompass for retail, wholesale, and correspondent lending. She’s deeply passionate about helping borrowers achieve the dream of home ownership, while helping customers and partners grow and scale their businesses.
