Piper is vice president of product strategy at ICE Mortgage Technology, where she has product leadership responsibility for ICE’s suite of Compliance products including AllRegs, Mavent, and the Encompass Compliance Service in addition to how GSE and Government Agency solutions are integrated across the ICE Platform. Piper additionally leads a number of key strategic initiatives that will further improve transparency and predictability through the loan process, from origination to delivery. Before joining ICE, Piper spent 13 years at Fannie Mae as Director of Strategic Initiatives, and led multiple industry initiatives including Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP), Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD), Uniform Loan Application Dataset (ULAD), and eMortgage. Previously, she served in senior strategy consulting roles, including senior vice president and practice leader at Operon Partners, and at Mercer Management Consulting. Piper holds a bachelor’s in science from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Georgetown University.
