Andre Agassi
Author, Philanthropist, Education Advocate and Former #1 Ranked Tennis Player and Multi Grand Slam Champion
After turning pro at the age of 16, tennis prodigy Andre Agassi rose to international fame, earning 60 men’s singles titles, including eight Grand Slam singles championships, over a 20-year career. A former World No. 1 player, Agassi is the first male player ever to win all four Grand Slam titles and an Olympic gold medal. He was also a member of three winning Davis Cup teams (1990, 1992 and 1995). On July 9, 2011, Andre was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame for the Class of 2011.
While his tennis career took him all over the world, Agassi always stayed connected to his hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada. In 1994, at the age of 24, he created the Andre Agassi Foundation for Education. Early activities included building a shelter in Las Vegas for abused and neglected children, creating the Andre Agassi Boys and Girls Club, and developing Team Agassi, a tennis program that nurtures professional players and puts college within reach.
For over 25 years, the Foundation has honed its mission to focus on transforming public education. In 2001, the Foundation opened the Andre Agassi College Preparatory Academy, a tuition free K -12 public charter school, in historical West Las Vegas with approximately 1,200 students. Recognized as a model charter school, Agassi Prep graduated its first senior class in June 2009 with a 100 percent college acceptance rate.
After successfully graduating 9 senior classes, Agassi Prep made the decision to turn over operations to Democracy Prep, a high achieving charter management organization with 17 high performing charter schools in the nation. Agassi Prep is now referred to as Democracy Prep at the Agassi Campus.
Since the inception of the Andre Agassi Foundation for Education, $185 million dollars has been raised to benefit the mission of the Foundation, including $118 million from the Grand Slam for Children fundraising event. The Grand Slam for Children served as the Foundation’s primary fundraising vehicle and brought together international stars to raise awareness and money.
After retiring in 2006, Andre Agassi increased his focus on his foundation and on promoting education reform. He is also building a lifestyle business through endorsement relationships, joint venture investments and real estate development. In November 2009, he released his autobiography Open, which reached #1 on the New York Times bestseller list and continues to hit record sales internationally.
In June 2011, as part of an effort to expand his impact on education, Andre partnered with Turner Impact Capital on an innovative new real estate fund – the Turner-Agassi Charter School Facilities Fund – to promote the success and growth of best-in-class charter schools in urban communities across the United States. As of 2024, the fund has opened 122 schools, serving over 100,000 students in some of the most economically challenged neighborhoods in America.
Most recently, Andre launched Square Panda, an award-winning educational technology learning system utilizing phonics with multi-sensory play. Designed for kids two and older, the playset blends physical and digital learning as it keeps kids entertained through age-appropriate learning games grounded in research-based curriculum. Early readers play their way to reading fluency as they engage with physical smart letters that connect them to a library of learning games. Square Panda’s mission is to give children the tools to become fluent, confident readers, and empower them to love reading.

Steffi Graf
Founder & Chairman of the Board of Children For Tomorrow & Founder & Owner of Agassi Graf Holdings
Tennis champion Stefanie Graf, winner of 22 Grand Slam singles titles, remains the only player to win Wimbledon, the French Open, the US Open and the Australian Open at least four times.
In a career spanning 17 years, Graf won 107 singles titles and is the first—and still only— woman player to achieve the "Golden Slam" by winning all four Grand Slam singles titles and the Olympic gold medal in the same year.
Graf was ranked No. 1 for a WTA-record 377 weeks, the longest of any player, male or female, since rankings began. She was inducted into the Tennis Hall of Fame in 2004.
With the same purposeful strength she brought to professional tennis, Stefanie turned her attention to aiding suffering children. In 1998, she founded Children for Tomorrow, a charity focused on providing psychological help for children and families who have suffered the trauma of war, violence, abuse, exile or loss of the family. She established the organization in conjunction with Outpatient Clinic for Refugee Children and their Families at the University Clinics of Hamburg-Eppendorf.
The special outpatient unit for children's psychiatry and psychotherapy treats refugee children from all over the world and their families. The majority of patients are from Afghanistan, southern Europe and West-African countries. Since its inception, over 7,000 children have received treatment at different projects.
In addition to the current international projects in Uganda, Kosovo and Eritrea, the Hamburg headquarters opened in April 2011. The Hamburg location is the Foundation headquarters and is an Outpatient Clinic for Refugee Children as well as a training center for therapist and crisis area workers.
In 1999, Graf retired from the women's professional tennis tour with a World No. 3 ranking. As a mother, wife, philanthropist and entrepreneur, she now works on building lifestyle businesses through endorsement relationships, joint venture investments and real estate development.
She is married to former tennis superstar Andre Agassi. The family resides in Las Vegas.

Jeff Sprecher
Chair and Chief Executive Officer,
Intercontinental Exchange
Jeff Sprecher
Chair and Chief Executive Officer, Intercontinental Exchange
Jeff Sprecher is Founder, Chair and CEO of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE) and a pioneer of digital networks and the electronification of trading and marketplaces.
Reflecting Sprecher’s vision and leadership, ICE, co-headquartered in Atlanta and New York, has grown from a startup in 2000, purely focused on making energy trading transparent, to a diversified, subscription-driven Fortune 500 company with nearly 14,000 employees. ICE operates exchanges and clearinghouses around the world, provides market-leading solutions in fixed income and data services, and is transforming the mortgage industry by digitizing the end-to-end process of buying a home. Now in its third decade, the company that Sprecher and his team have built, through organic growth and acquisitions, delivers over $8 billion in annual revenue with market capitalization of over $70 billion.
It started with an entrepreneur’s dream and $1,000. That’s what Sprecher paid to buy the struggling Continental Power Exchange in 1997, in addition to assuming the company’s outstanding debt.
Born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin, educated as a chemical engineer at the University of Wisconsin and an MBA at Pepperdine, Sprecher learned early on in his parents’ garage how to break down systems to their component parts and rebuild them better, faster, and more resilient. It started with a toaster oven at age six, advanced to a Toyota and, decades later, expanded to global asset exchanges.
Sprecher began on a shoestring by spotting inefficiencies in the power market and resolving to fix them. Tirelessly enlisting major banks, energy companies, and utilities to his cause, Intercontinental Exchange was born, eventually going public on the New York Stock Exchange in 2005 under the ticker symbol ICE. From its humble beginnings, a string of innovations and acquisitions quickly followed, beginning with buying the International Petroleum Exchange in 2001, the New York Board of Trade in 2007, Creditex in 2008, the Clearing Corporation in 2009 the Climate Exchange in 2010 and the NYSE itself in 2013. Sprecher became Chair of the NYSE following ICE’s acquisition, overseeing a complete overhaul of the Exchange, serving in that role for eight years through 2021.
The deals Sprecher put together created what are now known as ICE Futures Europe, ICE Clear Europe, ICE Futures U.S., and ICE Clear U.S., and led to a top-to-bottom reimagination and expansion of the NYSE, now known as NYSE Group. But exchanges and clearinghouses are only part of the ICE story. ICE’s major acquisition of Interactive Data Corporation in 2015 and a string of deals in the mortgage space, culminating in its purchase of Ellie Mae in 2020 and BlackKnight in September 2023, have coalesced into two other business segments -- ICE Fixed Income and Data Services, and ICE Mortgage Technology -- together forming today’s company.
Along the way, as the world evolves toward a more digital, efficient, and green future, ICE continues to innovate under Sprecher’s leadership. The company, formed with a simple idea and small check, now helps in myriad ways to drive transparency in trading, clearing, capital formation and risk management; it advances technology through its high quality and market leading data and solutions; and now it makes the dream of home ownership easier and less expensive for millions by digitizing the mortgage process.
Sprecher is often credited with “seeing around corners” in the intersecting world of finance and technology. These days, amid the energy transition, that trait is underscored by his anticipation years ago of the globalization of natural gas and demand for carbon-offset trading. Similarly, Sprecher’s launch of Bakkt in 2018 foresaw expanded adoption of bitcoin and digital assets. In reality, seeing around corners is a theme woven throughout Sprecher’s more than 20 years of creating, leading, and growing ICE. For that, and for delivering to ICE shareholders a consistent compound annual growth rate of 17% over the span of 2006 to 2021, Sprecher has been hailed as one Barron’s “World’s Best CEOs” for six consecutive years, among a host of other honors and awards for his leadership and philanthropy.

Senior Fellow and Co-director, AEI Housing Center
Edward J. Pinto is a senior fellow and codirector of the AEI Housing Center at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI). A focus of his work continues to be the role of federal housing policy in the 2008 mortgage and financial crisis and how federal housing policy continues to create unwelcome distortions in the housing markets. More recently his research has focused on using light touch density to increase the supply of naturally affordable and inclusionary housing.
Along with AEI Resident Scholar Stephen Oliner, Mr. Pinto created the Wealth Building Home Mortgage, a new approach to home finance designed to provide a more reliable and effective way of building wealth than is available under existing policies. This mortgage allows home buyers to maintain a buying power similar to a 30-year loan. It is aimed at a broad range of homebuyers, including low-income, minority, and first-time buyers.
Before joining AEI, Mr. Pinto was an executive vice president and chief credit officer for Fannie Mae until the late 1980s.
