Are you looking to automate your workflows? Enhanced Conditions are a key to your success. Using Enhanced Conditions, you can automatically add individual Enhanced Conditions to a loan file or add all applicable Enhanced Conditions based on your Automated Enhanced Conditions business rules. In this course, we’ll first look at the differences between standard Conditions and Enhanced Conditions. We’ll explore how you’ll configure Enhanced Conditions based on best practices and automate them using Workflow Rules. You’ll leave with an action plan to ensure a successful transition to Enhanced Conditions.

In this course, we’ll look at how you can use and configure Workflow Rules for use in both the desktop and web versions of Encompass. We’ll look at how Workflow Rules enable you to automate each piece of your workflow, such as ordering services, adding and clearing Enhanced Conditions, emailing notifications and adding and completing Workflow Tasks. Finally, we’ll explore the Automation Audit feature to monitor the status of your Workflow Rules.

This 201 course will help you elevate your skills to the next level by effectively using component events, JavaScript and the ICE Secure Scripting Framework (SSF). We’ll programmatically set component properties and navigate to web specific forms. Additionally, we’ll explore integrating Encompass Developer Connect APIs and third-party APIs with custom web input forms to simplify integrations and dynamically provide enhanced usability.
