Mike Brown is Chief Product Officer at Xactus. In his role, Brown spearheads the development and execution of Xactus’ product vision. His responsibilities include overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and implementation. Additionally, he will focus on identifying and analyzing emerging industry trends to ensure optimal product-market alignment, further solidifying Xactus’ position as a leader in the verification and fintech spaces. Prior to his role as Chief Product Officer, Brown served as the firm’s Chief Integration Officer.

With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Brown has focused much of his career on verification solutions and related mortgage and financial products. Prior to joining Xactus, he served as Chief Executive Officer of CIS, which was acquired by Xactus. He is an active board member of the industry trade association National Credit Reporting Association (NCRA) and has previously served as its vice president, treasurer, and president. A graduate of Robert Gordon’s University in Scotland, Brown brings a global perspective to his work.

Michele joined American Pacific Mortgage in January 2014 to lead and develop APM’s Information Services Team. She is responsible for the overall daily operations and strategy of all APM infrastructure, systems, software applications, data, development, technical support, and security, supporting the organization at a nationwide level. She acts in the role of CIO, CTO and CISO.

Michele brings a diverse range of skills and experience to APM spanning 30 years in the mortgage finance industry and holding leadership roles in both operations and in technology. She has extensive experience in business process design and development, software design, development and implementation, system integrations, vendor management, project management, infrastructure design, cloud transformation, customer support, security operations, and business relationship management.

Originally a resident of Silicon Valley, Michele received her bachelor’s degree from California State University - East Bay. She currently resides in El Dorado Hills, California.

Outside of Work, Michele enjoys camping in the sierras and spending time at the beach with her family. She loves to read, and truly enjoys learning new things. She’d be a professional student if she could! She is also an avid fan of classic cars and hot rods and owns her own 1971 Chevy Stingray Convertible Corvette!

As Senior Director of Product at ICE Mortgage Technology, William is responsible for the strategy and evolution of the Encompass Partner Connect. William brings 20 years of experience leading both Product and Engineering teams.  William has been focused on building SAAS products and highly performant platforms that enable scalability, extensibility, and manageability.  William is passionate about Product, loves the required collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders. William joined ICE Mortgage Technology 3 years ago and is committed to extending the Encompass Partner Connect platform in a way that provides value and enhances the interaction between our Partners and Customers. Outside of the office, William spends time with his family. William has two boys, Dominic and Gabriel who are 12 & 11 respectively. If not with family, William is likely to be found on a golf course somewhere.
