Lindsey Lesch is a Senior Leader in Dedicated Client Services for ICE Mortgage Technology. She is responsible for managing the servicing partnership and dedicated resources for one of ICE Mortgage Technology’s larges servicing clients, specializing in strategic planning and execution. She started her mortgage industry career 20 years ago, with a focus on default processes and applications, which evolved into default attorney and client relationship management. Lindsey excels at identifying synergies between client needs and product strategies, to accelerate solutions for the client. Her forward-thinking approach, along with her industry and management experience, allow her to organize resources with the right skills to meet the diverse and ever-evolving demands of the mortgage industry and client initiatives.

Ted Mason is the Head of Dedicated Client Services for ICE Mortgage Technology. Ted is responsible for leading the Dedicated Teams, supporting ICE Mortgage Technology’s largest Servicing Clients. Ted has an extensive track-record of fostering growth, strengthening client relationships, and crafting innovative services through tailored Dedicated Client Services solutions. With nearly 30 years concentrated in the Mortgage Industry, Ted excels at transforming client services organizations to modernize, elevate client satisfaction, and foster long-term client partnerships. Ted is leading the expansion of Dedicated Client Services, offering differentiated services aligned to future ICE Mortgage Technology strategic products.

In previous roles, Ted has managed high performing teams driving transformational programs in client shops, as well as implementing ICE Mortgage Technology solutions in some of the largest clients, providing a deep understanding of the mortgage industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional value to clients.

Jennifer Perdue is a Senior Leader in Dedicated Client Services for ICE Mortgage Technology. She is responsible for supporting ICE Mortgage Technology’s largest servicing clients and overseeing business operations for Dedicated Client Services. Throughout her 18 years in the mortgage industry, Jennifer has spearheaded numerous innovative projects in mortgage technology and client services. She excels in partnering with clients to drive business transformation through strategic initiatives, process enhancements, and technical expertise.
